"Mary Conway, remembered dearly, never forgotten. Truly grateful to Western Alzheimers for their support."

"My cousin died in “Maryfield” Nursing Home.  I am writing on behalf of my family to compliment you on the wonderful staff you have employed there.  We all know that nursing Alzheimer patients can be very difficult, but, sometimes the wonderful things are left unnoticed and performance appraisal is taken very much for granted. I have been visiting Maryfield almost three years and marvelled at how well the nursing home was run and always appreciated the “hot cuppa” which invariably was brought to me and my family, along with the fresh sultana’s scones!  When Nancy’s demise was inevitable the staff kept me posted as arranged, I wanted to be there when the end came.  During that week Nancy was never left without someone holding her hand.  She died very peacefully.  I cannot sing the praises enough of the staff who were on duty during that period, they couldn’t do enough for us.  I’m going to miss Maryfield."
